Recently two Veranex employees volunteered their time and expertise to IFPx — a company working on a device to monitor and proactively treat heart failure. The team worked to improve UX/UI and refine IFPx’s interstitial implant which monitors pressure that can inform clinicians of impending cardiac conditions.
IFPx is one of just 61 companies selected to take part in the MedTech Innovator 2023 cohort, which had approximately 1,150 applicants this year. MedTech Innovator is the world’s largest accelerator of medical technology companies today, awarding $800,000 in non-dilutive funding to winners of its competitions throughout the 2023 program.
