Veranex Appoints Manasi Ramanna as Chief Financial Officer

The appointment reflects Veranex's continued investment in strengthening its executive leadership team and building the operational and financial capabilities needed to support the company's continued global growth.

Ramanna brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience spanning finance, corporate strategy, operations, and business transformation. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive teams and boards to scale organizations, improve operational performance, lead capital raises and M&A initiatives, and build high-performing finance organizations across public companies, private equity-backed businesses, and growth-stage life sciences organizations.

Strengthening the Foundation for Growth

As Chief Financial Officer, Ramanna will lead Veranex's global finance organization, overseeing financial strategy, planning, accounting, and business performance while partnering with leaders across the company to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Prior to joining Veranex, Ramanna served as founder of Edge Strategic Planning, where she advised venture-backed, family-owned, and middle-market companies as a fractional CFO and strategic advisor. She has also held executive leadership roles at Resolve Surgical Technologies, AgBiome, and Merz Pharma, leading finance, operations, strategic planning, and organizational transformation initiatives.
